  • We connect customers with independent third-party mobile car detailing providers (“Partner Detailers”).
  • All detailing services are performed solely by Partner Detailers.
  • We do not control, supervise, or guarantee the work performed by any Partner Detailer.

2. Independent Contractors

All Partner Detailers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, joint venturers, or partners of First Coast Mobile Detail.

Partner Detailers:

  • Set their own prices
  • Perform all services independently
  • Collect payment directly from customers
  • Are responsible for licenses, insurance, permits, and compliance with laws

3. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments

  • Any quotes provided are estimates only and are set by Partner Detailers.
  • Final pricing is determined by the Partner Detailer after inspection of the vehicle.
  • Customers pay Partner Detailers directly.
  • First Coast Mobile Detail does not process payments, issue refunds, or handle chargebacks.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Availability of Partner Detailers
  • Response times
  • Pricing
  • Service quality
  • Outcomes or satisfaction

All services are provided “as is” by Partner Detailers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law:

First Coast Mobile Detail shall not be liable for:

  • Property damage
  • Vehicle damage
  • Personal injury
  • Service quality disputes
  • Delays or cancellations
  • Pricing disagreements
  • Losses arising from services performed by Partner Detailers

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid to us, whichever is less.

6. Media, Photos, and Content Rights

By using our Website or participating as a Partner Detailer, you agree that:

  • Photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, or other content created in connection with leads generated through First Coast Mobile Detail may be used by us for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Content may include before-and-after images, service photos, and anonymized service details.
  • We will not publish personally identifiable customer information without consent.

Partner Detailers represent that they have the right to grant this usage license.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not to misuse the Website
  • Not to submit spam, false inquiries, or fraudulent requests
  • Not to attempt to bypass or interfere with our lead distribution systems

8. Intellectual Property
